Through interviews and both private and archive footage, this biographical and in-depth examination draws a multifaceted and nuanced portrayal of a loved, hated and prominent 20th century politician and humanist. The documentary follows his live up to his assassination by an unknown perpetrator(s) while walking home from a cinema in Stockholm on the 28th of February in 1986.
